First section has 111 pages numbered by hand in the upper right corner; second section unpaginated and containing information specific to the PSR including meeting minutes from the courses, which were held in sixteen half-hour sessions each, beginning in 1954. A detailed look at the white collar management of blue collar jobs, incorporating psychology and "practical experience." Particularly interesting in the "Discipline" content. The meeting minutes reflect group exercises in which managers role played theoretical situations with rogue employees and decided whether they should be fired or otherwise sanctioned.
