Lia is an extraordinary extra-virgin olive oil from a small family estate in Filiatra, a picturesque provincial town in Messenia, Greece.  This family still picks their olives by hand, making sure that neither the fruit nor the tree is damaged.  The fruit is pressed within hours of picking. They exclusively use the cold extraction method to ensure they get the very best—100% koroneiki variety.
