PLEASE NOTE: This fitting kit only works on Kia Sportage models with basic audio. Not suitable for SPDIF digitally amplified vehicles

For single DIN installation a pocket will need to be purchased separately

Complete stereo upgrade kit to install a Double DIN aftermarket radio and retain the use of the steering wheel controls in Kia Sportage (2010-2015) car models (WITH BASIC AUDIO)

The fitting kit includes a Metallic Silver car radio fascia adapter panel (50-884-1) to allow the fitting of an aftermarket Double DIN car radio upgrade. The fascia adaptor allows the fitting of an aftermarket radio into the dashboard by matching the shape, style and colour of the original radio. For single DIN installation a pocket will need to be purchased separately. This fascia kit uses side fixing brackets, the brackets fit directly to the sides of the new radio and the fascia panel. This replaces the need for a fitting cage and gives a flush professional appearance to the installation.

A steering wheel control interface (29-692) is also included. The cable adapts from the original Kia connectors in the car to standard aftermarket ISO connectors. This replaces the need for a separate ISO radio replacement adapter cable. This interface will allow the original audio control buttons on the steering wheel to work with the new aftermarket radio.

A universal patch lead (29-025) is supplied in the kit, this is to pair the steering control interface to the steering control input of Alpine, Clarion, JVC, Kenwood, Pioneer and Sony head units.

An antenna adapter is included in the kit (21-130). This adapts from the original style antenna connectors in the car to a standard aftermarket connector for the new stereo.
