Warranty Coverage

This warranty applies exclusively to the original purchaser and is void upon any sale, transfer of ownership, or use by another person. NOVA warrants that its products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use for the following durations:

• Metal Frame: Limited Lifetime Warranty
• Hand Brake: 5-Year Limited Warranty (Plastic Handle & Cable)
• Non-Metal/Metal Parts: 1-Year Limited Warranty

Includes wheels, wheel brakes, hand grips, rubber tips, cable covers, and all other hardware and plastic parts.

Exclusions

This warranty does not cover issues caused by:

• User negligence or misuse of the product
• Failure to adhere to product instructions
• Normal wear and tear
• Unauthorized modifications or repairs

Items subjected to abuse or modified without prior written authorization are not covered.

Warranty Service

For warranty service, contact the dealer where you purchased your NOVA product. If service is unsatisfactory, call NOVA directly using the contact information provided below. Be prepared to provide:

• Nature of the defect
• Product serial number
• Purchase location and dealer name
• Proof of purchase (receipt)

Important: Do not return products to NOVA without prior consent.

Limitations & Remedies

Repair or replacement is the only remedy under this limited warranty. Labor or shipping costs incurred during installation or repair are not covered.

This warranty is exclusive and replaces all other express or implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. NOVA shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages.
