This is a beautiful, characterful white from one of Galicia's most respected growers. Luis Rodríguez works from a tiny family adega in Ribeiro, tending just under six hectares spread across nearly 200 micro-plots of steep, south-facing vineyards planted with native grapes. Production is artisan and limited in the truest sense — careful, low-intervention winemaking from a man who has spent his life championing this overlooked corner of Spain.
