omega-phospholipid complex that is rich in eicosapentanoic acid (EPA) and docosahexanoic acid (DHA). Carefully preserved by a distinct cold extraction process, this novel structure consists of EPA and DHA as two fatty acid side chains on the phospholipid molecule.
