1" MPT crimped on PVC end into a 1" non-collapsible suction hose assembly with an original slotted PVC filter.

       This is a non-collapsible suction hose for use with a 1" fpt port 1"fpt suction/inlet port in these related industries. This is perfect for a 1" 3-way Banjo ball valve (SKU# BV16-3P). Order a second assembly and an AG160816-2 to set up a two-tank system.

       At least 12' long x 1" MPT crimped on a 1" inner diameter clear non-collapsible suction hose w/ a slotted PVC filter. This assembly is comprised of an elbow for top draw from tank and to allow the user to fit the slotted filter end into a 55-gallon drum opening.

       You must fabricate and provide the PVC sleeve to slip over the hose to the keep filter at bottom of tank. This assembly requires a 1 1/4" or 1 1/2" SCH 40 PVC pipe. 

       Do not hard pipe plumb this filter. Must be able to remove filter for cleaning.

FYI: The general rule of thumb when plumbing a pump is as follows:

       Double the hose inner diameter in comparison to the pump inlet and always use non-collapsible hose.

For example: The Delavan 5850-201E has a 1/2" FNPT (female national pipe thread) port on the suction side of the pump. We recommend that you choose a 1" ID hose with a 1/2" crimped on hose barb.
