About Wormwood

Wormwood (Artemisia absinthium) is a hardy perennial herb native to Europe with a long and respected history in Western herbal medicine. Its use dates back to Ancient Greece, where it was recorded by Hippocrates and other early physicians.

The herb is perhaps best known for its bitter principles and for containing absinthol, a compound historically associated with the French spirit Absinthe. Traditionally, Wormwood was most commonly used to assist with the expulsion of intestinal worms — giving rise to the name Wormwood — but it has also been used across a wide range of traditional applications.

• Registered Post or Parcel Post with signature, tracking, and insurance is strongly recommended. We are unable to refund or resend items lost or damaged in transit without tracking and insurance.

Once your order has been handed over to Australia Post, we no longer have control over its delivery.
