For Best Results -

Surfaces must be free of any dust, grease, oil, stains, rust, wax or other substances. To ensure proper adhesion, thoroughly scrub cabinet and trim surfaces with a degreaser and prime the surfaces prior to application of the cabinet and trim paint.

Use Zinsser Bulls Eye 1-2-3 Primer or B-I-N Primer-Sealer to improve adhesion and help hide stains or tannin bleed that may occur.
