Chef & Sommelier's Opening decanter brings out the best in young white and red wines. Its wide neck makes pouring from the bottle into the decanter simple and clean. As the wine passes through the diabolo-shaped neck, it undergoes gentle agitation, which helps with oxygenation. Once through, the wine flows into the lower chamber of the bulb, filling about half of it. That design provides ample surface area for wine-to-air contact, allowing the wine to develop more fully.

Supplied in a pack of two, each Opening decanter is made from mouth-blown glass and flame-polished to achieve a clean, smooth finish. The lip is laser-cut and polished, and a "Drop Control" design ensures drip-free pouring.
