This is the second album by Haruma Sato, a 23-year-old up-and-coming cellist who in 2019 became the first Japanese to win the first prize in the cello division of the Munich International Music Competition, which boasts a long tradition and authority. The album "SOUVENIR ~ Works by Debussy and Franck" will be released in conjunction with Haruma Sato's cello recital scheduled to be held on November 7, 2021. The album fully incorporates the beauty of French cello works, including works by Debussy and Franck, who were active in France, and arrangements of "Moonlight" and "Beautiful Dusk.
