Stander, Inc. — Limited Lifetime Warranty

Coverage

Stander, Inc. (“Stander”) warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from material defects in materials and workmanship for the lifetime of the product. This limited lifetime warranty applies only when the product is used according to its specifications. It is non-transferable and applies solely to the original purchaser.

Filing a Warranty Claim

If you believe your product has a defect:

1. Notify Stander in writing during the warranty period, describing the issue.

2. Ship the product, along with proof of purchase, to Stander at your expense.

Note: All shipping costs must be paid by the original purchaser. Stander will not reimburse or cover shipping charges.

If Stander determines, at its sole discretion, that the product has a material defect in materials or workmanship, Stander will either send replacement parts or, if necessary, replace the product and ship it to the original purchaser.

Exclusions

This limited lifetime warranty does not cover any product:

• That has been damaged in any way.

• That has been altered, modified, or used with unauthorized attachments.

• That was not properly installed or not used in accordance with Stander’s instructions.

• That was used for purposes other than those for which it was designed or intended.

• That was damaged due to abuse, misuse, mishandling, neglect, misapplication, accident, or abnormal use or storage.

Disclaimer of Other Warranties

STANDER MAKES NO WARRANTIES OTHER THAN THOSE EXPRESSLY STATED HEREIN. ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED — INCLUDING:

• (i) IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND

• (ii) IMPLIED WARRANTIES ARISING FROM ANY COURSE OF DEALING, USAGE OF TRADE, ADVERTISING, OR PERFORMANCE TO STANDARDS SPECIFIC TO THE COUNTRY OF IMPORT —

ARE EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMED.

Limitation of Liability

This document represents the entire, integrated statement of Stander’s Limited Lifetime Warranty. It supersedes all other statements and cannot be modified by any oral or written representation.

The exclusive remedy for breach of this warranty is the return and replacement of the nonconforming product. Under no circumstances shall Stander, Inc. be liable for special, incidental, exemplary, punitive, consequential, or other damages, including those based on breach of warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.

Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
