The KEP Cromo Matt Polo Peak Wide Visor is one of the basic models from the KEP Italia range of horse-riding helmets, offering great value for money. A simple helmet that is suitable for any type of discipline. This helmet is designed for the rider’s comfort, helped by the fact that it is so lightweight. Features a wide brim polo peak visor for superior protection from the sun. The outer shell is made from polycarbonate using a moulding system, making it light and very resistant. The KEP AIR CONTROL SYSTEM ensures optimal ventilation by controlling the internal temperature and circulation of air, which flows through special channels in the polystyrene. The eco-leather strap with five attachment points is hypoallergenic and extremely comfortable, helping to avoid skin irritation. The internal Coolmax® lining is detachable and can be washed by hand in cold water or in the washing machine at 30°C. This helmet is 100% designed and made in Italy. Weight: +/- 440 grams.

KEP Italia produces helmets with the outer shell available in two different sizes, M or L. The medium outer shell can be fitted with eight different sizes, from 51 to 58, whilst the large shell holds sizes 59 to 62. But the right size of helmet is not enough; it must also suit the shape of the rider’s head. Indeed, it is possible to insert small separators into the helmet to adapt it to fit the head of the rider (that can be oval, round or egg-shaped) perfectly and can be inserted at the front, back or on the sides of the inside of the helmet. For this reason, KEP Italia has created ten linings for oval heads (typical in Europe) and twelve linings for narrow heads (typical of North America and Canada).
