OEM pushrods can’t handle excessive stress from increased valve train loads. Choose from our 3/8 and 7/16 diameter 3-piece pushrods for improved column strength and stability.

Crafted from 4130/4135 seamless Chromoly tubing, our pushrods offer various heat-treating options and come standard with billet steel tip ends. CNC machined from 86L20 bar stock, the tips are core hardened and triple tempered for durability, enhancing overall valve train performance. Our engineering versatility ensures compatibility with your specific engine combination.

We engineer pushrods to fit the largest possible diameter without causing binding with cylinder head ports. The 7/16 diameter tubing provides nearly double the loading capacity before deflection, making it ideal for Cummins engines. Series 5 pushrods offer 105,000 p.s.i. additional tensile strength over Series 3, enhancing valve timing accuracy and reducing surging.
