The Modbus LoRa Enless receiver allows you toreceive data from 50 Enless sensors simultaneously. This Modbus gateway enables integrators to easily retrieve data from Enless LoRa sensors to a controller / a BMS. The Modbus LoRa receiver natively decodes data frames from Enless sensors and converts them into a Modbus table. Its important to note that the Modbus Enless receiver is not a LoRaWAN gateway and is only compatible with Enless sensors.

Pairing Enless LoRa transmitters with the Modbus receiver is straightforward and can be done through the receivers configuration server. You can also use the configuration server to verify the Received Signal Strength Indication (RSSI) between the LoRa sensors and the receiver. The generated Modbus table can be accessed through the server as well.

In terms of radio performance, the open-field communication range between a transmitter and the Modbus Enless gateway is over 4km. Within a building, the range may be reduced by obstacles, but Enless proprietary LoRa communication is designed for monitoring very large buildings or industrial sites. In case of a weak radio signal, you have the option to use signal repeaterscan be used to extend coverage.

The receiver isdelivered without an antenna. For optimal performance, it is recommended to use along-range antenna(ref:ANT REN SMA LR 868 1000-008).
