Routing compressed air lines in tight spaces is a constant challenge for machine builders, automation technicians, and workshop DIYers. When a straight fitting simply won't clear a panel or bracket, a pneumatic male 90° elbow push-in fitting solves the problem instantly — letting you redirect airflow at a right angle without extra adapters or custom bends.
Each fitting features a push-in collet on one end and a male threaded port on the other. Tube OD options range from 4mm (≈5/32") to 16mm (≈5/8"), and male thread sizes span M5 (5mm) through 1/2" (20mm), covering the most common pneumatic port standards. The body is constructed from engineering-grade materials with a corrosion-resistant finish, suitable for use with PU, nylon, and PE semi-rigid tubing. Sold in packs of 10 pieces.
Typical applications include pneumatic cylinder porting on CNC machines, air tool quick-connect manifold routing in automotive workshops, and compact solenoid valve plumbing in industrial automation panels — anywhere a 90° direction change saves space and simplifies your air circuit layout.

Measure your tube's outer diameter (OD) with calipers — common sizes are 4mm, 6mm, 8mm, 10mm, 12mm, and 16mm. Then confirm your port thread size (e.g., M5, 1/8" BSP, 1/4" BSP). As a general rule, the tube OD must match the fitting's push-in collet size exactly for a leak-free seal. For reference: 4mm ≈ 5/32", 6mm ≈ 1/4", 8mm ≈ 5/16", 10mm ≈ 3/8", 12mm ≈ 1/2", 16mm ≈ 5/8".
Pneumatic push-in fittings of this type are typically rated for working pressures up to 150 PSI (approximately 10 bar). Always verify the pressure rating against your system's operating specs before installation. If your system exceeds this range, contact us to confirm suitability.
These fittings are generally constructed with a corrosion-resistant finish (such as nickel plating) that offers good resistance to moisture and mild corrosion in typical workshop or industrial environments. For prolonged outdoor exposure or chemical-heavy environments, confirm the material spec and consider additional protective measures.
The male thread on these fittings is typically BSP (British Standard Pipe) parallel thread. BSP and NPT threads are not directly interchangeable due to differences in thread angle and pitch. Please confirm your equipment's thread standard before ordering. Contact us if you need NPT-compatible options.
Push-in fittings are compatible with semi-rigid pneumatic tubing such as polyurethane (PU), nylon (PA), and polyethylene (PE) tubing. The tube OD must match the fitting's collet size exactly. Soft silicone or braided hose generally requires a barb or compression fitting instead.
To release the tube, depressurize the line first, then press the collet ring inward toward the fitting body while pulling the tube straight out. Avoid twisting or pulling at an angle, as this can damage the collet teeth and compromise the seal on reinsertion.
For BSP parallel threads, a thread sealant such as PTFE tape or thread sealant paste is generally recommended to ensure an airtight seal at the male thread connection. Apply 2–3 wraps of PTFE tape in the direction of the thread before installation.
