Wash hands thoroughly prior to use. Remove one reusable applicator from the wrapper and screw it onto the tube. Squeeze the tube and fill the applicator with 4 grams of ph-D moisturizing vaginal gel while sitting or lying down with knees bent, insert the filled applicator into the vagina. Push in the plunger to deposit gel. Applicators should be hand washed or run through a dishwasher and fully dried before the next use.
