1/8 beef (40-60lbs) is the perfect package for trying out different cuts, or topping off your at home beef supply so you don't have to worry about what is for dinner.

• 40% Premium 90/10 Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages  
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, packages of stew meat
• 25% Steaks: Sirloin, Filets, New York Strips, Rib Eyes 

Steaks: 12-15lbs of top notch steaks including 3-5 NY Strips, 2-3 Ribeye, 2 Filet Mignons, 2 Sirloins, 
Ground Beef:16-18lbs of the best Ground Beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... Packed in convenient 1lb packages. This is our signature 90/10 Ground Beef blend.
Savory Cuts: 17-21 lbs of perfect cuts for the family or party time! Includes; 3-4 Roasts; 2-3 packages of stew meat in convenient 1lb packages; 2-4 soup bones individually packaged; and one of the following 'special cuts: Brisket, Denver, OR Short Ribs

All cut counts are approximate, as each individual animal will vary slightly in size.

How it works: The first step is to reserve your 1/8 Beef today with a $300 deposit. Next we will then select the healthiest & best finished steer in the herd to have our expert USDA butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment ($325). Then we will ship it directly from our ranch to your door in 2 big boxes OR you can pick it up at the ranch in Newcastle. Your beef will arrive to you fully frozen!

Deposit: Your 1/8 Beef Share deposit is just $300. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be $325 after your deposit is subtracted.  Total cost $625.

Freezer Space: An 1/8 Beef Share will require approximately 1.5 cubic ft. of space. It will fit in a standard size fridge/freezer combo. No chest freezer needed.
