2001-2016 Duramax Manton Conical Valve Spring Kit (D-105-KIT-Dmax)

Manton proudly presents a high-performance valve spring assembly for Duramax platforms. This kit ensures superior valvetrain stability with springs, billet steel retainers, chromoly spring cups, and valve locks. It suits applications from stock rebuilds to race setups. We engineered these springs to handle high boost and increased RPM capability. We optimized the spring shape for stability at high RPMs and reduced stress on the wire, enhancing longevity across all RPM ranges. Valve spring seat pressure is set at 130 lbs to control valves under high boost conditions. Our lightweight billet steel retainers complement the conical spring shape, improving durability and reducing weight compared to OEM parts. Valve locks are included for use with the new retainers.

This drop-in upgrade supports up to .500 valve lift at 1.610 installed height, with flexibility for adjusting seat pressure using heat-treated spring shims. It’s perfect for maximizing performance while maintaining ease of installation.
