I’ve been oil pulling for a few years now, mostly just with coconut oil, which is still a great option! This is a little easier though since it’s already a liquid (I was using unrefined coconut oil before), so it fits into my routine a bit better.

I also love that it’s in glass packaging, and it has a few essential oils in it that help refresh your mouth and make it feel a little more like an actual product you’d grab. 

So far it’s just been a lot easier to stay consistent with compared to plain coconut oil, which is really the biggest thing. + this is not the same experience as regular mouth wash if that's something you're expecting. This is a melted coconut oil type texture.  -Destiny
