The Kaya Design (named after my very best furry friend) has become a customer favorite since the first of its kind three years ago. This piece, while feminine, is substantial and has a wonderful weight to it...like a shell bag after a good snorkel sesh :)

The cone shells and pukas used in this necklace are well tumbled, polished to perfection, and vary in their natural hues from bright white to light pastels. The strung shell detail measures 7 inches, leaving 5.75 inches of exposed rope cord on either size.

The closure is made with a loop that is cinched down by a small sliding pearl and 3 miniature pukas. The TOP miniature puka is made to slide, allowing you to create an even shorter necklace if you prefer. Slip all the pukas through the rope loop. Close the loop with the sliding pearl. Then move the top puka up the rope cord for a shorter length. Adjust the cone shell+puka detail at the front so it is center on the necklace.
