The simple plug and play harness makes this fantastic upgrade very easy to install in just a matter of minutes.
 
It is well documented just how dulled out and unresponsive the factory fly-by-wire throttle response is in the MK3 Focus ST/RS Ecoboost Turbo petrol versions, so finally we have a simple plug and play controller that gives the driver full control. The Prosport Shadow E-Drive 4S electronic throttle controller is very simple to install (just plugs straight into the original throttle pedal harness) and instantly gives the driver facility to increase the throttle response to exactly how it should have left the factory. The built in vehicle immobiliser is just another great feature that the E-Drive 4S has inbuilt.
 
The pictures do not do this great bit of kit enough justice, the E-Drive 4S is leagues ahead most other controllers in appearance, specification, performance and quality. Installation and removal (without trace) takes just a matter of minutes, very easy.
 
The Prosport Shadow E-Drive 4S electronic throttle controller controls the throttle signal in order to change throttle response time and improve acceleration response. The E-Drive 4S converts the original digital signal into an analogue signal which takes the processing rate from 100 times/second to 1000 times/second.
 
The new Prosport Shadow E-Drive 4S Throttle response controller is packed full of features:
 
• Power Mode: Increases throttle sensitivity and response speed with 9 stages of adjustment, also makes initial response better when starting to move.
• Launch Control Mode: The throttle response speed can be greatly improved in Launch Control mode. The increased acceleration effect is obtained and the full throttle power signal will be available within one second.
• Eco Mode: This will reduce the electronic signal response which can slow down the acceleration to reduce fuel consumption and achieve energy-saving effects.
