Similac Total Comfort 2'-FL Infant Formula 820g (For Babies 0-12 Months)

Similac® TC is an infant formula formulated with partially hydrolyzed protein and vegetable oil blend. 

Ingredient Focus: 

• 2'-FL is an oligosaccharide (0.15g/100g).
• Nucleotides 54.2mg/100g.
• Lutein is able to filter blue light and may protect the eyes. 
• Vitamin E protects fats in body tissue from oxidation.
• Vegetable oil blend.
• DHA 53mg/100g and AA 105mg/100g.
• Partially hydrolyzed protein. 
• 100% whey protein. 
• Lactose 1.28g/100g. 

Suggested Feeding Schedule:

Mothers are encouraged to exclusively breastfeed their children from birth until 6 months and continue to breastfeed until 2 years of age. Complementary foods should be introduced when the baby is 6 months old.

A term baby, weighing 2.5kg or more, needs an average of 150mL/kg body weight of milk per day. This is divided into 6, 7 or 8 feeds according to the baby's age. Consult health professional about how much your baby should be consuming. These are only suggested feeding intakes, every baby's consumption needs is different. 

Storage: 

• Store unopened tin under normal room temperature conditions.
• Cover opened tin and store in cool, dry place under normal room temperature conditions.  
• Once tin is opened, contents should be used within 3 weeks. 
• If you prepare more than one feeding, it must be refrigerated and used within 24 hours. Once feeding begins, use within 1 hour or discard. 

Cautions/Warnings:

• Never use a microwave oven to warm formula. Serious burns can result.
• Not intended for use by infants or children with galactosemia.
• This product should not be consumed by infants allergic to cow's milk protein without consulting health professional. 
• Powdered infant formulas are not sterile and should not be fed to premature infants or infants who might have immune problems unless directed and supervised by your baby's health professional. 
• Once prepared, infant formula can spoil quickly. Either feed immediately or cover and store in refrigerator at 2-4°C for no longer than 24 hours. 
• Do not use prepared formula if it is unrefrigerated for more than a total of 2 hours. 
• Do not freeze prepared formula. 
• After feeding begins, use formula within 1 hour or discard.
