In 1992, the World Exposition was held in Seville, the capital of Andalusia in southern Spain. The "GUITAR LEGENDS from EXPO'92 SEVILIA" music festival was held as one of the support events for this exposition. The festival, with Roxy Music guitarist Phil Manzanera and others as musical directors, featured more than 25 top guitarists and bassists from rock, jazz, blues, folk, flamenco, and other genres on stage during the five-day period from October 15 to 19, 1991. The event, which will be broadcast in more than 100 countries, will feature more than 25 top guitarists and bassists from rock, jazz, blues, folk, flamenco, and other genres performing their signature tunes with distinguished supporting members. This is a live album of the sound recordings used for the broadcast by the Spanish TV station that hosted the event, and is now being released as a 4-album set! The first two days featured blues and jazz/fusion guitarists & bassists on stage.Blues is a special performance featuring a collaboration of each of the guitarists, led by the great B.B.
