Circle Specialty Inc. warrants that the Anchor Bath Chair will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years.

This warranty does not cover non-durable components that are subject to normal wear and tear or require periodic replacement. It also does not apply to damage or failure caused by misuse, negligence, or improper use of the product. The warranty is valid only when the product is used under the specified conditions and for its intended purpose

If a defect covered under this warranty is found within the warranty period, Circle Specialty Inc. will, at its discretion, repair or replace the product.
