The bijou is a mixed cocktail typically composed of gin, vermouth, and Chartreuse (the name Bijou comes from combining the colours of three jewels: gin for diamond, vermouth for ruby, and Chartreuse for emerald). Using our Vermouth Spritz as a base, our custom Bijou recipe will help you create your own non-alcoholic Chartreuse brew to take things to the next level.

Our vermouth spritz has wonderfully balanced bitter and sweet notes (such as life), the harmonious blend of herbs and botanicals will open your palate or settle your stomach after a meal, spurring a feeling of contentment and satisfaction.
