Distilled water is contained within the double walled system and gets heated to evenly cook contents inside the kettle. This method eliminates hot spots that are common when using a stock pot and range.
• This heavy-duty kettle is NSF certified and extremely durable. It’s constructed out of 304 stainless steel with a #4 finish that’s guaranteed to stand up in high traffic kitchens.
• The liner of this model is made from 316 stainless steel to protect against the effects of cooking with highly acidic contents. It features a counterbalanced stainless steel domed lid and is mounted on three stainless steel legs with holes that can secure it to the floor.
• The EL-100 has a temperature range of 165°F to 285°F that gets controlled through an integrated thermostat.
