Robinson Ranch cattle are raised in the rolling hills of Northeast Nebraska. On our small family owned ranch we utilize time honored methods to select only the best cattle that produce the most nutritious , tender and flavorful beef you will ever taste.

1/4 beef (80-100lbs)

Our Quarter Beef is cut as a half of a half side of beef, using our very own favorite cutting instructions, with the contents equally divided to make two equal quarters. This insures that you will receive all of your favorite cuts. All of our beef is Nebraska bred, born, raised and processed. This is Dry Aged Beef that is free from antibiotics and growth hormones and vaccinees. This is natural beef that makes such a delicious meal every time. A quarter beef is the perfect way to stock your at home beef supply so you don't ever have to worry about what is for dinner.

• 40% Premium 90/10 Ground Beef in convenient 1 lb packages  
• 35% Savory Cuts: Roasts, packages of stew meat
• 25% Steaks: Sirloin, Filets, New York Strips, Ribeye and one or two extras- Skirt, Flank, or Tri-Tip. 

Steaks: 15-20 lbs of top notch steaks including 6-8 NY Strips, 4-6 Ribeye, 4 Filet Mignons, 4 Sirloins, 
Ground Beef:35-48 lbs of the best Ground Beef you've ever had. Perfect for Burgers, Tacos, Meatloaf, you name it... Packed in convenient 1lb packages. This is our signature 90/10 Ground Beef blend.
Savory Cuts: 30-45 lbs of perfect cuts for the family or party time! Includes; 6-8 Roasts; 4-6 packages of stew meat in convenient 1lb packages; 4-8 soup bones individually packaged; and one or two of the following 'special cuts: Brisket, Denver, OR Short Ribs

All cut counts are approximate, as each individual animal will vary slightly in size. 
So if this is your first order with us, this is a great way to taste test our beef -warning, you'll have wished you ordered more!!!

How it works: The first step is to reserve your 1/4 Beef today with a $600 deposit. Next we will then select the healthiest & best finished steer in the herd to have our expert USDA butcher process your beef. Once your beef is ready, we will send you an invoice to collect the rest of the payment approximately ($650).  We will provide an invoice with the final amount when your beef, then we will ship it directly from our ranch to your door in 4 big boxes OR you can pick it up at the ranch in Newcastle. Your beef will arrive to you fully frozen!

Shipping nationwide or local pick up at the ranch in Newcastle.

Deposit: Your 1/4 Beef Share deposit is just $600. This is a non-refundable deposit. Your final payment will be $650 after your deposit is subtracted. Total cost $1250 for local pick up. Shipping will be additional.

Freezer Space: An 1/4 Beef Share will require around 3 cubic ft. of space. It will require chest freezer needed.
