The FC 10 Twin Tower System from MBM Corporation has double the potential of the FC 10. Featuring an automatic 20-bin friction collating system, the FC 10 Twin Tower System allows the user to facilitate 20 separate bins at once or two sets of 10 bins. The FC 10 collates a variety of paper stocks and weights at the rapid speed of up to 3,600 sets per hour. Each bin has approximately a 275 sheet capacity depending on the variations in paper. The easy to use control panel features soft touch buttons and a 4-digit LED display that allows for simple set up and operation. The user can also choose from a variety of programming modes, including preset batch, insertion and alternate bin mode for continuous production. Each bin, which have sensors that detect when the bins are empty, have adjustable feed and separator pressures that can be applied. The feed trays are oversized and easily detachable for the user's convenience. The adjustable stacking table allows for either straight or criss-cross stacking for easy separation of sets. In addition, if the towers are attached to a binder of some sort, the self-centering feed guide eliminates the need for repositioning on-line bookletmakers for different size and weight stock. The optional base adds height as well as convenient mobility with its casters. The FC 10 Twin Tower System must be used with a high capacity stacker if the system is being used offline. The FC 10 is compatible with a number of other MBM products such as binders and stackers.
