100% Chardonnay sourced from growers in the Chablis region, whole-bunch pressed to tank and cool-fermented with indigenous yeast. Lees from the estate Chablis are added to this cuvee to build extra complexity and body. No malolactic conversion, giving the wine a vibrant, fruit-forward character. Aromas of ripe citrus, green apple, white flowers and a hint of cream lead into a palate with fresh acidity, subtle mineral texture and a clean finish. An immediately appealing and generously styled Chablis-region Chardonnay at a very accessible price.
