The "Ton und Erklarung" music competition organized by BDI (German Confederation for Industrial Culture) was held in Frankfurt in January 2015.Since its creation in 2007, the competition has been held annually in four categories (piano, violin, cello, and song) and has produced outstanding winners. One of the privileges of the winner is to "release their debut disc on the OEHMS label. The winner of this year's competition, Elisabeth Braus, was born in 1995 in Hanover and began her early musical education at the age of five in the piano class of Elina Levit, and from 2008 to 2010 she also studied with the renowned Matti Raekallio, who helped her develop her talent to the fullest.
