Le Gin de Christian Drouin Pira is a small-batch ode to Normandy’s iconic perry pear. Built on Drouin’s precise house method—each botanical macerated and distilled separately, then blended for balance—Pira centers Norman perry pears alongside juniper, vanilla, lemon, black pepper, and orris root for an elegant, fruit-forward profile that still reads unmistakably as gin.
