Directions: Fill your tub with warm water - Add at least 100g (1/5 package) of Sleep Like Buddha Bedtime Bath Soak under running water, and swirl around.

Immerse yourself in the water, and breathe deeply. Soak and relax for at least 20 minutes. Drink water or herbal tea before, during and after your bath. Towel off gently and get under the covers. Sweet dreams!
