As a food supplement, using the dropper, add 1ml, once or twice daily to 500ml of water or other cold beverage. Can also be added to food. For children 8-14 years and those who are pregnant or breastfeeding take 0.5ml daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Store in a cool, dry pIace, out of the sight and reach of children. This is a food supplement, not to be used as a substitute for a varied diet and lifestyle.
