Banish boredom by setting your children free to become investigative journalists! This overview course from a Christian perspective, focuses on the hand of God from creation through modern times! The heart of the program is based on the Big Book of History Timeline, with additional weekly “special assignments" that correspond to Noah's Ark: Thinking Outside the Box. Copywork, timelines, role playing, and other activities help students gather necessary information to create written or oral reports.

The Teacher Guide provides teaching insights, lesson plans and reproducible student worksheets (with answers). Lesson plans are based on a 3 day per week, 36-week schedule. Students should plan on spending 30-45 minutes on each lesson. This is flexible. Need to spend less time on the lessons? Divide them out over 5 days to cover the material in one year. On the flip side, if your child shows an interest in a particular person, event, or topic, supplement with additional resources and encourage them to go deeper!
