Finca Lérida, founded in 1917 by Norwegian engineer Toleff Mönniche in the high-altitude peaks of Boquete, stands as Panama's most historic pioneer of specialty coffee. Spanning five distinct micro-farms within the Alto Quiel volcanic belt, the estate features elite cultivation plots nesting at extreme elevations between 1,500 and 2,000 meters above sea level.
