What Are the Benefits of This Supplement?

• These capsules combine fish, flaxseed oil and starflower oil to help obtain sufficient quantities of essential fatty acids in a contaminant free, pure form.

• Essential fatty acids are considered ‘essential’ as they cannot be made by the body and must be consumed within the diet. The government recommends eating two portions of fish a week, one of which should be oily fish. However, this can be difficult for some and therefore taking a supplement can be extremely beneficial.

Ingredients

Starflower Oil, Fish Oil, Flaxseed Oil, Capsule Shell (Gelatine, Glycerine), Vitamin E (as dl-Alpha Tocopheryl Acetate) Soya Bean Oil, Antioxidant (Mixed Tocopherols).

How to Use

Take two soft gel capsules daily, preferably with meals. Do not exceed stated dose.
