This 2-zone setup includes a 12K BTU air handler (up to 550 sq ft) and a 36K BTU air handler (up to 1,650 sq ft), powered by a high-capacity 48K BTU condenser.

• Square Feet: Up to 400 | BTU = 9K
• Square Feet: Up to 550 | BTU = 12K
• Square Feet: Up to 800 | BTU = 18K
• Square Feet: Up to 1050 | BTU = 24K
• Square Feet: Up to 1550 | BTU = 36K

Note about condenser sizes versus total air handler capacity: The total capacity of the combined air handlers may exceed the capacity of the condenser in certain configurations. While this provides more flexibility in your setup, you will need to either shut off one of your air handlers (zones) or reduce the output of all zones.
