Ablauf:
- senden Sie uns Ihre vollständige Anschrift mit Kontaktdaten und email Adresse.
- Wir senden Ihnen ein DHL Retourenlabel zur kostenfreien Einsendung Ihres Getriebes an uns (nur EU)
- Sie versenden Ihr Getriebe gut verpackt an uns
- Wir prüfen Ihr Getriebe und erstellen einen KOSTENVORANSCHLAG für die Reparatur Ihres Getriebes.
Dafür wird die oben genannte Pauschale von 99 EUR berechnet.
- Sie entscheiden ob die Reparatur durchgeführt werden soll. Falls nicht, senden wir Ihnen Ihr Getriebe frei zurück
Bei Auftragserteilung für eine Reparatur wird die Pauschale verrechnet. Sollte die Investition für die Reparatur den Preis für ein
Tauschgetriebe übersteigen, können wir Ihnen ggfs. ein Tauschgetriebe anbieten.
Ihr Altgetriebe nehmen wir in dem Fall gerne in Zahlung.
Eine Standardüberholung kostet 629 EUR und beinhaltet folgende Arbeiten:
- Zerlegen, Reinigen, Prüfen und Vermessen aller Teile
- Bei Bedarf Nacharbeiten einzelner Teile
- Erneuerung der Kugellager
- ggfs. Sicherungsring auf der Ausgangswelle nachrüsten
- Ausdistanzieren der Getriebewellen
- Montage neuer Dichtringe und Dichtungen
- Zusammenbau des Getriebes (einbaufertig)
- Funktions- und Dichteprüfung
Der Preis für eine Standardüberholung beinhaltet einen Lagersatz (ohne Zylinderrollenlager der Eingangswelle)
sowie sämliche Dichtungen/Dichtringe.
Zusätzlich benötigte Teile und Arbeiten werden gesondert berechnet:

3. You send your gearbox to us, well-packaged.
4. We will inspect your gearbox and provide a ESTIMATE for the repair. The above-mentioned flat fee of €99 will be charged for this.
5. You decide whether to proceed with the repair. If not, we will return your gearbox to you free of charge.

If you decide to proceed with the repair, the flat fee will be credited towards the final cost. Should the cost of repair exceed the
price of a replacement transmission, we can offer you a replacement transmission if needed. In that case,
we would gladly accept your old transmission as a trade-in.
