Aus Aluminium-Silizium-Legierung zum WIG- bzw. MIG-Schweißen von AlSi-Legierungen. Werkstücke über 15 mm Dicke auf ca. 150 bis 200 °C vorwärmen. Beim Schweißen aushärtbarer Legierungen Schweißnaht nicht in die mechanisch hochbeanspruchten Zonen legen.
Grundwerkstoffe: Aluminium-Silizium-Legierungen sowie artverschiedene Aluminiumlegierungen untereinander. Bedingt für aushärtbare Legierungen wie z. B. AlCuMg 1 (3.1325), AlMgSi 1 (3.2315), AlZn 4,5 Mg 1 (3.4335).
Schweißdraht: Korbspulen B300 mit 7 kg Draht (Nettogewicht).
Schweißstäbe: 1000 mm lang, VE: 10 kg.
