Carefully handselected and harvested from our own best plots in the upper Galilee and the Jerusalem mountains, the Flam Noble 2010 is a blend of 84% Cabernet Sauvignon, 5% Merlot, 5% Cabernet Franc and 6% Petit Verdot.

The wine is aged in exclusively new French oak. Each varietal ages separately for a year before being blended. The blend then spends 10 months in oak. After bottling, the wine is aged for yet an additional 24 months in our cellars.
