Source of branched chain amino acids (BCAAs), which are involved in protein synthesis. Helps increase physical performance during intensive exercise. Helps the body to metabolize carbohydrates, fats and proteins. Provides antioxidants.  Amino + Recovery is a complex of amino acids to improve daily recovery. Ingredients such as Ashwangandha root extract, Siberian ginseng and D-Panthetin help stabilize the level of cortisol (stress hormone) after training. A mixture of amino acids promoting recovery, without increasing insulin:

• Improves recovery
• Stabilization of the level of cortisol
• Increases testosterone

Recommended Use: Adults. Take 1 scoop daily. Mix product well in 1-2 cups of liquid (water, juice, etc.) immediately before consumption. Consume immediately after exercising. Warnings: Ensure to adequately hydrate before, during, and after exercise.
