L-Carnosine by NOW® (beta-alanyl-L-histidine)  is a dipeptide consisting of alanine and histidine. Its natural concentration in muscles and nervous tissue is high; however, it is known that it decreases with age. L-carnosine protects cell and tissue structures in the aging process thanks to its ability to neutralize free radicals and stabilize membranes.

To maintain the safety and satisfaction of its customers, NOW Foods uses pharmacopoeial quality raw materials and its suppliers are regularly audited.

L-carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine) /    1500 mg

Ingredients:  L-carnosine (β-alanyl-L-histidine); capsule material – cellulose derivative; subst. anti-caking – stearic acid; subst. anti-caking: magnesium salts of fatty acids.

The following products were not used in the production process: wheat, gluten, soy, milk, eggs, fish, crustaceans and tree nuts. Manufactured in a GMP facility that also processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Storage:  Store in a cool and dry place. This product can be stored at room temperature. It can be stored in the refrigerator to maintain freshness. Keep out of the reach of children.

Warning:  Pregnant and breastfeeding women and people taking medications should consult a doctor.

Daily intake:  1 capsule 1-3 times a day
