Flat, extended Waist & Hip @ 10" down / Sweep (at hemline)/ elastic waist 

1x - 54" / 89", 30" elastic waist. 2x - 58" / 93", 33" elastic waist. 

3x - 62"/ 97", 36" elastic waist. 4x - 66" / 100", 39" elastic waist. 

5x - 72"/106", 42" elastic waist. 6x - 78" / 111", 45" elastic waist. 

7x - 84" / 118", 48" elastic waist. 8x - 92" / 126", 50" elastic waist. 

9x - 99" / 132", 52" elastic waist. 10x - 106" / 138", 54" elastic waist.

*in larger sizes, depending on the fabric, we may need to add seams.

Our cut and sew charge would be $66 without pockets, $71 with.

For this style as shown, for sizes 1x - 10x, you need 3 1/2 yards of 58/60" wide fabric

. For narrow fabric, 44" /45" wide, as follows: 1x - 5x - 3 yards, 6x - 7x, 3 1/2 yards,

8x - 10x, 4 yards.

This style works for both stretch and non-stretch fabrics, but it whichever it is, it shouldn't be too stiff. (If you want it much longer, you'll need extra fabric).
