Dual-burner configuration provides an inner range of 3,000–15,000 BTU and an outer burner capable of up to 45,000 BTU for wok cooking, rapid boiling or turkey frying. A 10-inch Heat Concentrating Flame Collimator focuses heat to the center (approx. 25% of the surface) to achieve intense, concentrated heat when required. Construction uses commercial-grade stainless steel with a porcelain-coated cast iron cooking grid and a black glass accent panel for durability, heat retention and a professional finish. Back-lit control knobs and commercial-style valves provide precise modulation and clear status at night. The unit installs as a flush built-in power burner with a 19" W x 18.75" D x 11.5" H cut-out to simplify integration into cabinetry. Fifteen (15) Year Warranty:

Brass valves, inner liners, manifold assemblies, porcelain housings (including ovens and barbecue faces), and backburner assemblies (except ignition parts)

Ten (10) Year Warranty:

Electric grills, including stainless steel cooking grids, and housings. Built-in griddles (except ignition system)

Five (5) Year Warranty:

Flavor grids, infrared burners in the grill, charcoal stainless steel grills and smokers (except for the charcoal pan, charcoal grid, wood pellet screen, thermometer And ashtray; which are warranted for one [1] year)

Three (3) Year Warranty:

Side burners and all other Fire Magic grill components (except ignition systems and electrical parts)
