Ingredients:  Anchovy oil (from fish), fish gelatin, humectant: glycerol, water, natural citrus flavor, antioxidants: mixture of tocopherols, rosemary extracts.

Directions for use:  1 capsule a day. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. A balanced diet and proper lifestyle are important for the functioning of the human body. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
