Miss Molly is The Boxer's girlfriend, bubbly and full of fun.

Vivacious and opulent, the Miss Molly Sparkling Shiraz is full of rich fruit flavours like Maraschino cherry and fresh plum, delving into chocolate and mocha layers as well. The palate has hints of cinnamon and vanilla cream while the bubble and bead add a vibrancy to the mouth feel. This wine is a lively celebration of Shiraz just waiting for an occasion to enjoy!

The grapes were grown on vineyards in McLaren Vale and Langhorne Creek. Barrel fermented and matured in 100% American oak, using 45% new, 25% one year old and 30% two year old barrels. The Boxer has gone through a secondary fermentation allowing us to create this beautiful sparkling wine.
