More than 200,000 olive trees roam this warm and colorful landscape and have thus enabled the town of Nyons to producea highly renowned soap and oilfor centuries . Imagine that here the remains of the oldest soap factory in France, the first traces of which date back to 1592, have been discovered. Almost 300 years later, we are passionately reviving this dormant tradition, placing La Savonnerie de Nyons in the wake of the soap makers of Nyons.
