What we love most about this Semillon is its considered acidity and elegant structure, complemented by a subtle hint of savory notes—think oyster shell character. It's a wine that pairs perfectly with fresh seafood, from oysters and prawns to a freshly filleted King George whiting with a crunchy cos heart and Parmesan salad.
