Instructions: Bring a pot of water to boil (approx 2 cups). Add 2-4 Tbsp of herbal blend, stir and quickly cover. Allow to steep for about 2 minutes. Find a comfy spot. Hang your head over the pot, drape a towel over your head to create a tent and open the lid. Close your eyes and allow the steam to wash over your face and neck. Steam for about 5-10 minutes.
